'Why do you have limited sizing?' -our sizing is limited by the fabric we work with, because we only use one blanket, towel or two scarves per jacket, the dimensions of the source fabrics do not always permit us to make larger sizes.
How quickly will my order ship?' - please allow for 1-2 business days for orders to ship, if you need your order faster, please contact us directly.
'Are the items online ready to ship or made to order?' - Everything that you see online is ready to ship, and has already been made.
'Do you ship internationally?' - yes we do, your shipping costs, duties and taxes are calculated at checkout. Please note that we do not accept international returns.
'How often do you add new pieces online?' - We typically add new items online every 2-3 weeks on a Friday, however please follow us on Instagram to see when new pieces launch lily.eve.store
'If I provide my own towel or blanket can you make me a jacket?' Yes! Please email us directly to discuss custom projects.
Size & Fit
Our toweling collection (the terry towel series and the terry dress series) are the most relaxed fit in the whole collection, with a drop shoulder it allows the shape to lend itself to a range of sizes. The overall shape and style has an oversized fit.
The blanket coats run larger than our blanket jackets, ranging up to a US 10, allowing room to layer underneath. The blanket series has been designed to have a structural finish, with a stand up collar and slight drop shoulder, the fit is modern and classic.
The silk series run true to size small/medium, no larger than a US 8, due to restrictions of the size of the scarves.

Cabana Tote measurements - 14 inches high, 13 inches wide, 5 1/2 inches deep and handle length is 7 inches high.
Shipping, Returns & Refunds
At LilyEve we offer free returns on all merchandise delivered within the US, within 14 days of the shipment date.
We do not accept returns outside of the US, only store credit.
For full refunds upon return, the items purchased must be in the same condition they arrived to you in. LilyEve has the right to decline a refund if the item is not in their original condition.
